Our Specialist Mental Health Mentor service for students receiving support from the DSA provides students with a second line of support during their studies. This support comes in the form of academic as well as personal / wellbeing support through a series of sessions together one-on-one.

Coming back to education after some time away from it can be a challenge, our specialist Level 3 Study skills tutor support offers new and old students support with; self-reflection, academic writing skills, referencing and the use of citations, formatting in logical arguments and accepted written language conventions. By mastering these key concepts, any student should be able to achieve their full potential.

Psychology is a wide and vast discipline and as such it can be difficult to understand the concepts fully. Our tutor support offers students assistance in understanding complicated psychological topics as well as the ways in which they can formulate a logical response to the demands of an essay question relating to the topic.

Those who identify as Neurodivergent often face challenges within the workplace and in their own personal lives, our coaching programmes look to provide support to these individuals by providing; psycho-education, a safe space to discuss the challenges they are facing, helpful advice in implementing strategies to boost working memory capacity and combat dysregulation.
